Short version: this site has no accounts, no logins, no newsletter and no comment form, so there is very little of you here to collect.

Analytics

I run no analytics on this site — no tracking script, no beacon, no pixel. My host keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, for a short retention period. I read those logs only as aggregate counts — how many requests a page got, and which automated crawlers came by — and never to build a profile of an individual visitor.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If you click an outbound link to a retailer, that retailer may set its own cookies under its own policy — including, where I participate in an affiliate program, a cookie that tells them the visit came from here. See the affiliate disclosure.

• Analytics: none
• No advertising networks, no data brokers, no tracking pixels.

Your requests

Mail nadia@thewellpacked.com to ask what is held about you, or to ask for it to be deleted. Since I hold no account data, the answer is usually "nothing beyond aggregate page counts", and I will say so in writing.
